  Hidden charges, have taken money from my deposit for not recharging the vehicle. They didnt supply any charging cables. Lots of hidden charges. Avoid

  Easy to pick up and drop off, got my security deposit back minutes after drop off. Drove a very nice 2026 mazda 3!!!

  I would give a minus number if I could! I hired a van online for 7 days and pre paid for collection from Newton abbot. Less than an hour before collection I was called to say they had no vans so could not collect the vehicle I had ordered. Had to call other branches to find a van, found one in Brighton for the following day. Lost money on a travelodge booking I had made for that evening. Man at Newton Abbot said the amount I had already paid would get moved to the booking at Brighton, woman at Brighton said it could not be so I would have to pay again, had to get back on the phone to Newton Abbott. Collected from Brighton the following day, as booking was now for 6 days it was less but they did not know how to refund for the 7th day. I said if it is an issue just do the 7 days as I was already a day behind due to no vans at Newton Abbott so they did 7 days. Chap said he would email details, email said 6 days and to return at 3:30pm so I had to call up again to say that the hire was for 7 days and can they email confirmation, no email received. Had to call a further time as no email and chap said it was on the system for return on Wednesday but it was down for 10:30am return, originally the time in the email on the day I picked the van up was return at 3:30pm. Requested again that an email be sent but again it was not received. Returned the van on the Wednesday and was charged for an extra days hire. Again no email received, I had to call and ask about my £200 deposit being returned and that is when I was told I had been charged for another day. I asked as I was being charged for another extra day if I can come and pick the van up to use it for the day and I was told no as the booking was now closed. I think it was more the case someone else was using the van but they like to find any way they can charge customers extra. So it seems that as a company they hire out vans when they do not have them, they charge people for vehicles but do not allow them to use them for the time they are paying for, the staff are not able to send emails when customers request information and unable to get bookings right. This company is a disgrace and I will be making a formal complaint. I will not be using this company again and I will tell others about my experience to encourage them not to use them.
